Personal information may be given to Sheffield Animal Action via our contact form. This may include your name (or alias), your email address, and any additional data given in the subject field of the form.

This data will only be used so that we can contact you in direct relation to your query. There is no mailing list and you will not be contacted via these details about issues that do not directly relate to your enquiry.

Access to this data is limited to the Sheffield Animal Action steering group, will be held securely and in confidentially, and will not be kept longer than is required.

Although we make efforts to avoid such an event, in providing us with this data you accept that security breaches are an inevitable risk and you agree not to hold us responsible should this occur.

At any point you have the right to request a copy of this data and request its deletion.


Photos are used with permission of those who may be identifiable, whenever possible. These photos may also be also be published on our Flickr account, Facebook page and groups, Instagram account, and Twitter feed.
